>Electrically insulated parts:

The dry-type transformer, arc suppression coil, reactor, transformer, insulating pillar, insulating sleeve and other electrical insulating parts in power facilities are poured and solidified by mixing epoxy resin system and silicon powder.

Crystalline silicon micro powder and molten silicon micro powder have reasonable particle size distribution and appropriate surface treatment, so that the viscosity and anti settlement of the mixed system are good, and the mechanical strength, electrical insulation characteristics, dimensional stability, heat shock resistance and other properties of cast cured products are excellent. Needle powder can be used as filler for solid sealing pole column with high mechanical strength requirements. According to the needs of different structural design and pouring process of electrical insulating parts, a better coordination scheme of silicon powder can be provided.

Through the design of particle size distribution and surface treatment, crystalline silicon micro powder and molten silicon micro powder can make the premix have appropriate viscosity and anti settlement characteristics, and obtain better storage and use operability.

>Injection resin:

Automotive ignition coils and high-voltage transformers are usually sealed with two-component or one-component epoxy resin system. The epoxy resin usually adds crystalline silicon powder or molten silicon powder.

Crystalline silicon micro powder and molten silicon micro powder have reasonable particle size distribution. After addition, the mixed system has good storage performance and good impregnation, which can make the product obtain good mechanical strength, thermal conductivity, flame retardancy and low expansion rate.

>Insulating paint:

Superfine crystalline silicon powder can be used for enameled  wire paint. After being added in an appropriate proportion, the  viscosity and anti sedimentation of the insulating paint are convenient  for operation. The produced enameled wire has good thermal shock  resistance, scratch resistance and insulation strength.
